Leaving a gift to the Neuropathy Trust is a very special way of helping the people that we care for.

For a PECUNIARY LEGACY:
"I GIVE the sum of £.......... (in words - pounds) free of tax to the Neuropathy Trust of PO Box 26, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5FP, United Kingdom (Charity No. 1071228) for its general purposes and I DECLARE that receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the Trust shall be a good discharge for the gift."

For a SPECIFIC LEGACY:
"I give my ............. to the Neuropathy Trust of PO Box 26, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5FP, United Kingdom (Charity No. 1071228)  for its general purposes and I DECLARE that receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the Trust shall be a good discharge for the gift."

For a RESIDUARY LEGACY:
"I give the whole of my estate heritable and moveable not hereby or by any codecil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of after payment of my debts, pecuniary legacies, funeral and administration expenses and any taxes in respect if my estate to Neuropathy Trust of PO Box 26, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5FP, United Kingdom (Charity No. 1071228) for its general purposes and I DECLARE that receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the Trust shall be a good discharge for the gift."
